listen I've heard all of the great disses going back to the beginning even when I was a kid. And I'm telling you right now. this remy diss is top 5 diss record man or female. its the best female diss ever. it just surpassed the roxannes diss records. old heads might have to agree. I don't think I have ever heard a more direct diss since NO Vaseline with CUbe killing the entire nwa crew. This might be better than ether to be honest. Since at least we could say nas and jay were both legends at that point. sure nas was falling off. but to fall off you have to be a legend first. Remy never made true legendary status due to her going to jail and the rap game changing at the same time going from real rap to pop only rap. for a lesser supposed rapper destroying an icon like nik is crazy. I don't care what nik says. even if its ill and I will give credit where its due even if it is written by someone else. its chicks. I can care less. I will still say that remy verse was ***in a clipse voice....Euuu***

Ain't no WAY this is better than Ether, let alone a top 5 diss (might be a top ten diss) and this is in no way hating on the record or not giving it it's full props, because it's dope as fukk and definitely the best diss within the last 5-6 years


BUT

Ether had the TOP Rapper in the game, an undisputed legend, crying on the radio. Sent that nikka to Europe to clear his head. nikka released TWO more full on responses that had zero impact. The nikka spent the better part of 10 years still responding to that record in various forms. To this day Ether is a universal Hip Hop Verb for destroying a nikka. Remy basically had to bite the entire concept of what Ether was built on to even MAKE ShETHER, so how could it be a better diss?

On top of that you have Takeover, which completely robbed Prodigy of all his Gangsta

Hit Em Up. Which still might be the most disrespectful words ever put to wax in such a vile manner that it helped lynchpin a war between COASTS.
