Battle rap events get 75 dollars a head at the door, 150 for v.i.p 300 dollar on stage passes, and can earn nearly a million or more from ppv revenue. This not including battle rappers making their own money from their own podcast deals youtube revenue deals with the caffeine app, merchandising etc.

40k for a guy of eazy stature these days are on the low end. Guys like loaded lux and murda Mook hitman holla and Cassidy are making 75k or more from battles. Guys like NJ twork, Tay roc, eazy, tsu surf ( before he got locked up) Charlie clips etc are easily getting 40k-50k per battle. Url and KOTD just had a tournaments where the winners won over 100k. There is a lot of money in battle rap these days.
