Lavine didn't have to share the ball with Kobe. And the Lakers can put Clarkson at the point if they have to and have success. It's what they did his rookie year
The Wolves can't do that with Lavine
And FOH talmbout select team performances don't mean nothin
If that was Julius out there embarrassing himself instead of Jabari and if Paul George was hyping Jabari up as somebody who impressed instead of Julius you'd be parading that shyt around in here like it meant something
And Jabari "let" Giannis steal his shine because he was touted as the most NBA-ready player in his draft class and some ppl thought he should've gone #1. But instead of being the difference maker Milwaukee thought he would be off the bat, he let a kid who barely had food growing up and wasnt even a lottery pick relegate him to second option status
I think Jabari is talented but mufukkas in here acting like the gap between him and Julius is some wide margin when it's obviously not
Uh, just a quick heads up, LaVine as the starting SG took 13.4 shots per game to Clarkson's 13.9 shots per game, so how exactly did "sharing" the ball with Kobe hurt him when he still took more shots than Zach? LaVine shot 47% from the field and 44% from three once they started him at SG (33 games), like I said, he put up better numbers when he was starting, took less shots to score more ppg (17ppg as starting SG).
Select performances don't mean anything, it was the middle of July, who cares
We all saw Jabari put up 19/6 after Kidd moved Giannis to PG, we know what he can do in the NBA already and what he might be able to do moving forward now that Kidd is taking the restrictions off his game.
Your point about Giannis and Jabari just doesn't make sense no matter how much you try to explain it, Giannis was there first and people had an idea of just how special he could become after his first year....
Giannis was on the Bucks first, period, dudes were making threads about him being a superstar his rookie year, Jabari didn't "let" anything happen.
