First of all he plays on a team with poor rebounders (hence his main job), has one of the worst turnover rates in 1v1 situations and is only scoring 11 points on 10 shots, most of which are in the paint - which is pretty inefficient to say the least.

I don't see where Parker is outplaying Randle, except for the fact he gets to accumulate more stats being that plays 10 more minutes per game and gets 6 extra shots per game
