Look....Flat out..Randle is not as good of a prospect as Okafor, Towns, Zingis, Turner, You can try to spin it any which way but the dude has been in NBA systems for 2 seasons now injury or not and should be better.....The above listed guys are clearly better than he is and if not now will be by the end of the season.

Julius isn't a rim protector. this has been said thousands of times already. but neither was Zach Randolph, get a rim protecting 5 and we are good. Julius could be a decent on-ball defender though based off his strength and grit alone.Probably less than the guy he's guarding

Just saying he's not a rim protector doesn't change the fact he's not going to be a very good defender.
