Unpopular opinion :

Mystikal as an artist was too advanced for those bubble gum Neptune's beats, in the early 2000s,he needed dark sinister "Mobb Deep esque" like beats with a Southern bounce...if you're a Neptunes fan you know they make only classics and garbage, no inbetween.

Timbaland and also I would've loved hearing him on the early Aftermath production 1996-1999 with those Dr Dre engineered, Stu-B-Doo, Hitman, Mel Man etc beats.
