Some of those aren't quite right. Jeff Hardy had clean pins over Haitch that made meth look like a superstar and he didn't kill Goldberg either.
The Goldberg feud went like this:
-Chamber match; Getting killed in his pod, Flair slips Haitch the sledgehammer, picks up the cheap win.
-One-on-one: Haitch and entire Evolution are destroyed by Goldberg.
-triple threat involving Kane: Haitch picks up another cheap win in a multi-person match.
Also, Benoit had Haitch's number in '04, kinda cancels out what happened when Benoit was new to the company.
All the others you mentioned Haitch was like
also, how could you forget the Booker feud?
Here's the thing in that Chamber match: There was literally NO reason why Hunter needed to win that match. The crowd was hot as fukk for Goldberg to destroy everybody and win the belt, and Triple H himself was severely injured to the point that he couldn't do anything but eat a superkick and pin Goldberg. He should have just dropped the belt there and taken like 2 or 3 months off to heal.
Benoit '04 can be mentioned for the simple reason that the focus of RAW during the majority of Benoit's title reign was whatever the hell Hunter was doing, whether that be his interminable feud with Shawn Michaels (including that AWFUL, AWFUL Hell in a Cell match that they had. As a matter of fact, they've had exactly one indisputably great match together, with all the others except for the HIAC being incredibly meh) or him farting around with Eugene. The only time Benoit really got the spotlight was when he was involved with Triple H.
As for the others:
-I know that this is a Fall thread, but whenever "Triple H Burials" are mentioned, Booker T has to be brought up. Booker wasn't ever going to beat Hunter for the belt anyway (He was thinking retirement and had been battling back injuries, I believe), but the way that they handled that was so fukked it makes me question the sanity of the Hunter marks on the board.
-Rated RKO got made to look like a walking Benny Hill skit half the time that they were feuding with DX. Also, would it have killed DX to make 5 men look like threats to all 2 of them. I know that they were male cheerleaders and a comedy gimmick, but
still...
-I'll defend Hunter on Umaga and Jeff Hardy, actually. With Umaga, they had already missed the boat on him being in the title picture like that (I always believed that he should have beaten Cena in a semi-squash in January to set up the Last Man Standing match at the Royal Rumble that year), and while Hunter got at least one win that he shouldn't have (The No Mercy title match), that was more circumstance than anything. The only REALLY bad thing about this feud was the beatdown that put Umaga out for a month, but he was getting suspended, so you could ALMOST forgive that as well.
As for Jeff, blame the fans that voted for Jeff to face Hunter at Cyber Sunday that year. Jeff was always (I think) supposed to lose to Hunter at No Mercy, do his own shyt while Hunter feuded with Kozlov (while, of course, keeping his involvement in the title scene) before winning it when he did. Cyber Sunday gave Hunter a win that the writers didn't even really intend to give Hunter, so I
think we can give him a pass here.
-Don't remind me of the Hunter/Orton feud, or what could possibly be the worst WrestleMania main event of all time. It's at least top 5. Also, remember THIS bullshyt:
(from 7:50 or so)
You couldn't do this more seriously in a backstage segment or something, Hunter?
-Punk's been discussed, but let's just say that it was so stupid that it made me stop watching for a few months.
It was all good in 2000...
