But now, 2-3 yrs removed we're all dealing with insanely high rates on housing, prices, and vehicles loan rates, as well as inflation due what happened during the pandemic. Those ppl who have gave effort to keep our credit score great, are now not seeing any benefits from doing so other than just being qualified.

And peoples taxes increased, property tax increased, cost of goods and services increased, but income basically stayed the same while the rich and companies got tax breaks
