He was named in that celebrity steroid and hgh scandal some years back. I'm sure he was on something at the time of the posted video but it's not impossible to have a body like that without PEDs. I basically had the same body type and never took a steroid in my life.

From what I recall, 50 said being on that small arch thingy that high in the air had him nervous/on edge which caused him to miss his cue, thus, he just walked around in the audience and waited for the 2nd verse.

Kind of fitting though. Even with the Vitamin Water deal, this was the start of when 50 gradually wasn't untouchable musically like he thought he would forever be. The mystique and appeal was starting to rub off and this clip shows it. Few years ago he owned the BET Awards.

50 is one of the very few that did it to himself. The only other major artist I can think of who sabotaged his own career is DMX.
