so when Puff subcontracted Jeezy to the Block imprint , it was a perfect fit also it was a benifit to jeezy who was already locked into a deal with Def Jam...

as for the rest of Boyz N Da Hood , Zoe as well as Joc they had the misfortune of having Block lock them into 360 deals , which stunted any growth business wise for them....Jody Breeze was able to wiggle his way out of the situation, simply because he had the leverage of being a "ghostwriter" for a few Bad Boy and other industry cats.....so with the benifit of having a substantial amount of publishing , he made out okay.

but overall BAD BOY SOUTH was a bad concept from the start, simply because Diddy didn't allow Block and the other personalties thier own identity SEPERATE from the BAD BOY BRAND......

Unlike YMCMB which was able to succeed by utilizing fresh unique talent and exploiting thier talents to the fullest...BAD BOY SOUTH didn't have the full support of DIDDY himself , who was going thru further distribution situations himself as usual...
