Yes, I would be nonchalantThis is what leads to mental health problems down the road. Going under anesthesia and breaking your bones which cripple you is exactly that. What if he would've died? What if he dies tomorrow? Would you still be nonchalant like oh well? It's easy to say "mind your business" until that flatline comes. And Insecurity never seems to get solved via surgery and people end up wanting more and more. Broads getting fake implants. Dudes getting fake abs. That's not the society I want to live in.
There's a lot of short guys with family, good looking wife, money, etc. none got leg lengthening surgery. I don't make short gang jokes, but even if I did, them ain't the only jokes, there's all types of jokes. But I guess we're at the point where everybody wants to be perfect. Dudes who 6' eventually want to be 6'5 and now you're back to where you left off. Meanwhile the kids will still have those imperfections.
Because you are only speaking in hypotheticals, not what actually happened. You could “what if” about any operation, they still happen and much more common than this and people have died from complications from less.
All dude did was put metal in his bones to lengthen them, done by probably the leaders in the field on this subject. Would I have done it? On purpose, probably not.
And yeah, how does this affect his mental health in any way other than improving it? You can say “Mental health” about ANYTHING.. tattoos to titty implants, it’s much more common and just as painful as well. Mental health ultimately is about doing things that are positive and makes you feel good about yourself and your situation.
Like I said, you can’t crack short jokes then get mad when someone beat the system with the resources to do it.
