Relationship 101: When does a relationship become "official"?

When its understood by both sides without a shadow of a doubt. This is usually done verbally with the "what are we" talk. If both sides are serious about being monogamous with the other, then complete honesty should come easy. If you're hiding shyt or aren't ready to be official, this is when the
smiley applies to the "what are we" question.

I don't think so.. that's the point of a relationship. If you are FWB and exclusive you are basically in a relationship
