She's rejecting your seed. She's pretty much saying your whole ancestry is not shyt enough to even stay in contact with.
She's pretty much saying you're unattractive.
She rejects you because she does not see you as a prospective...anything. Not even a friend. Not even a simp. A bish will give a number even if she thinks you will be a cool friend but not even that. She pretty much does not like you in the slightest to not even give out her number. And number comes freely nowadays, like rainwater.

But on the real I like talking about these subjects because I was at once in your position. A terrible position to be in. You just have to resort to hitting on anything and improve your social skills. You can't talk to a female like a guy. Brain smaller. You have to be aggressive and to the point. I've learned the more small talk the less likely I get the number.

1. Opening line. Usually a greeting. Never complement them on their looks.
2. Ask their name. Take out your phone and start typing that shyt in. This is CRUCIAL.
3. Ask for number. She will probably put up a feeble attempt of objecting. Society taught her to do this. But push on and tell her you already got her name in the phone.
4. Get the number and have some form of contact. Handshake at the very least. Don't go in there like a bytch, grab her hand hard and shake that shyt. Shows confidence. Preferably go for a hug.
5. GTFO of the area where she cannot see you.
