that would have been a sight thoughYeah the Celtics sought him out and he declined like he did a year or 2 before with the Lakers, and Reggie was far from done he had about 2 or 3 years left when he retired, and still had those games where he showed flashes of the old miller like his last. He could of did damage on a team where he didnt have to run around screens for 40 minutes for 20 points, shyt he all he had to do was stand behind on the line no screens at all C's or lakers and done major damage, he had that ole school mentality though and too much pride to simply be another guy like these bytch made players 2day... my nikkaWasn't he offered to play with the the Celtics to come out of retirement like in 07 I believe to join the big 3, but declined. I respect that he declined it and wasn't desperate for a ring, but he passed up practically a free ring, I mean fukk the C's had what 41 year old Cassel too on that squad?
