The only jobs I could think of that's more stressful is maybe a CEO.... There aren't many other jobs this stressful that's why so few people are built for it.

Why should he be, dude has been one of the most successful guys at his job for the past 14 years has an extremely strong pedigree and can retire wealthy or pick his job going forward, I hate Fat Andy, but his record and coaching ability speak volumes.
