Harden's legs move a lot forward on that shot, how far ahead of the red line would it have been if it was in the other pics?

Which one is his normal jumper? He goes pretty much straight up and down on this.

Because this is an uncontested midrange shot, not a contested step back 3 where he has to shoot over a defender and needs more power.

You just salty you stan a player that can't help himself from ref baiting instead of just getting buckets like he's capable of doing.

Going into the playoffs, Monty McCutchen issued a statement that ALL the points of emphasis were still going to be called the exact same way in the playoffs.

Guess what one of those points of emphasis is? Allowing the shooter space to land.

All the pics people are posting in here are the last shot and CP's shot. Both of those are not what the tweet in the beginning is referring to.

Notice how in the thread title I put KLAY and not DRAYMOND. I will cede the last shot was legal guarding position, but Klay's absolutely were not. He jumped into Harden.

Huh?:nikkawylin:

James Harden is a 220+lb grown ass man who plays basketball for a living.

He's not heaving the ball at the rim breh...its a jumpshot. An athlete of his level should be able to take a free throw, fadeaway, and deep three all with the same shooting motion...if his shooting motion changed because of the distance of the shot then the defender would exploit that:stopitslime:

James motherfukking Harden does not need to "generate" extra power to shoot a 3:deadmanny:

You’re not taking into account Hardens history. That’s shyt matters. Harden spends so much time during the regular season trying to manipulate the rules and trick the refs with that landing forward shyt that they ended up thinking he was bullshyting trying to bait them. Harden needs to focus on just hooping instead of playing a second game of tricking the refs because it’s biting him in the ass. He’s too talented to be that ref dependent
