That happened to me a few months back. Just turned off my PS4 and turned it back on and it was fine.
I just seen a commercial for the official joint on youtube...I might try playing online again...I’m @ lvl 4 or 5...there’s a handful of friends who have been playing this shyt all thru the beta...I wonder if their stats got reset...if not they’re gonna be beasts

After watching John Wick 3 this past friday it inspired me to hop back on the game for some gun play action 
I realized that I didn't 100% on all of my gang interactions so I decided to do that... first target: Los Lobos. I gotta say I was kinda dissapointed with the interactions with this gang I thought they would be a little tougher but I wiped them out with ease. Next target: I'mma finish off them Skinner Brothers b*stards

Online is way better since the recent update. They added new missions, randomn stranger encounters, updated the hostility system so now you don't get griefed all the time, more stranger missions, poncho's, new weapons, and a bunch of other stuff. They're gonna add specific roles this summer, you can choose to be a bounty hunter, trader or collector.

People forget how janky GTAO was when it first rolled out, so i'm about to hop back in this after I complete some more stuff on MK11. I decided to dust off some of my other games this past week and I was caught up in some WWE 2k19, but now I feel like riding through the old west again.
