nikkas love to overhype this game. I beat it and its cool but its not no 10/10. Controls are kinda trash. How many times have you inadvetrently ran into a person or tree on horseback because its wonky. Or you were trying to pick up an item but picked up a body. The story is good so I'll give it that and the world is large and detailed and feels organic. But the game isn't all that fun. Its the same shoot people and deadeye when in a punch. Theres no loot so guns don't feel different and honestly don't matter which one you use. So there is no purpose in completing quest for items as nothing is special. Even trinkets and such don't matter or improve gameplay. You get by perfectly fine with your stamina/health cores and reserves. Rockstar missions or just follow the prompts to next objective marker, shoot, ride horseback, and shoot. DO anything not allowed and its game over. Game is more of a 7/10 if you keeping it real.

Controls are trash indeed, bounty system is crap and the fixed non freedom in missions starts to get boring aswell. I would give it an 8/10 though because the word, story, immersion is top notch. If they release it on PC and we can mod it... maybe it will be a 10/10 game. But how it is right now I haven't found myself wanting to replay it. Mainly because I just want to fukk around but the cops and controls are way to annoying.

Full accountability for getting 100 dollar bounty while you had a mask on (I'm betting on the fact you had a mask on, otherwise yes you deserve the bounty)? So that means they couldn't see your face, you just shot 3 cops/sheriffs and managed to get away >> this should mean no bounty since they have no clue who you are.

And also if you rob a train in the middle of nowhere, somehow cops are coming out of nowhere. It just takes the fun away from a game that's about outlaws. The game punishes you to use your pistol and the cops see through masks. Epic fail in a Western. That's why I'm rooting for mods this bad, basically to save this game

Great open world game. I purchased this game when it 1st came out and finished it about 2 weeks ago. I never wanted to so many side missions for a game in my life. I must admit, the game did start off kinda slow. I had to get use to the tempo of the game.

My homeboy powered thru the storyline and missed out on so must. Dude started the storyline over to play more side missions.

Left for Dead is still on top of my alltime list but this game was definitely fun. I dont see myself playin this game again but I play TF outta Left for Dead from time2time.
