Think I can appreciate playing as Marston again a whole lot more. I think with my first play through I was so distraught at Arthur dying and not being able to explore New Austin with him that I couldn't really enjoy it as much as I should have. But starting the epilogue again just free roaming around Blackwater reminded me of how much I loved playing the first game. The mission with Sadie in New Austin might be one of my favourite in the entire game. Just looking out over the desert and Armadillo with Mexico in the distance was nostalgic AF.

Try saving it right before you start hunting and if you find a less than perfect just exit the game and reload until you come across a 3 star one

Where abouts are you hunting for them? I've got two perfect panthers so far and both of them were on my first tries in the same location.

Just place some predator bait (potent bait might speed things up a bit but its not needed) in the woods south-east of Braithwate Manor and a three star panther will eventually appear. Also use a bolt action rifle with with a scope attached only because when using a sniper rifle it'll be hard to aim at it if it comes running at you, bolt action with a scope you can toggle between scope view and third person view.
