I did wonder how Tumbleweed ended up abandoned but when I got there in this game and saw the residents I see why they made sure not to put the railroad through there and let it die.

Customization to make a black character is really limited in this game.
They should of included all shades on all head types instead of only having it on a few stereotypical types.
