If that happens then just save the game and then load that save and the horse will be there again.
I was way too far away from Flaco when I last saved. Just going to try and tame one of them rare ones since I’m in the snow/mountains any way.

Turn off the HDR in the game and it should look sharp. If you are on PS4 Pro...

Yeah that was crazy. And the smog and polution in the air and sky when you ride into that city/town

Yeah it's insane. The lighting effects in Lakay/The Bayou, Saint Denis and Roanoke Ridge are absolutely stunning. My only thing is I feel like sunsets/evenings dont last long at all. It's like sunsets last for about 30 seconds then all of a sudden it's nightfall, in GTA V it was a gradual process. Hopefully they release a patch to change it.

I randomly come across a farm with two men outside. He said some snarky shyt so I said some back. Dude draws down on me and I fake like I’m leaving and come back with the sawed off. Killed him and his man, then enter the house. It’s a woman inside, I guess his wife. I was so startled the sawed off blew her through the doorway.

I rob the house and decide to sleep the night, I move the wife out cuz it’s weird sleeping with a body in the house.

Wake up the next morning to MAD hooves pounding outside the house. I look out the window and It’s about 6 men on horses surrounding the bodies I left outside the night before. I know they’re gonna search the house next so I look for a backdoor..Locked. I was just about to dart out the front when the first lawman entered, I ran into the bedrooms and had a wild ass hateful 8 shootout in this mans cabin for about 8 minutes while the posse ran in and out, tried to shoot through the window..I never got out the house.

This entire thing took place over about 30 minutes

I say that to say this is the greatest video game of all time.

The HDR is some visionary shyt by the art director. Not meant to look like high oversaturated colors.

I left it on and turned what color i could up and it's doing the job.

He nails the problem with this game here. It's realistic to the point where it's unnecessary and gets in the way of enjoyment. Video games should sacrifice realism for convenience and enjoyment not the other way around. You shouldn't have a game making players do unnecessary things that aren't fun just to be realistic. Video games don't really need to be realistic in the first place. They are products that exist solely to entertain after all.

If I have to feed my character for realism when why not make me have to make him go to the bathroom as well? Why does the realism end at me just having to feed him? Why not have him put his pants on one leg at a time instead of have his clothing instantly pop onto him from a selection screen? It's weird how they pick and choose what they force you to do and not do in a game that ultimately isn't realistic for their brand of selective realism that mostly comes across as tedious.

People will give the game a pass for this but in my eyes it's reason along this game shouldn't have a 97 or whatever on Metacritic. This selective forced realism to the determent of the game is a huge flaw and maybe people can forgive the game for it but it's still a flaw. That and the way the character controls.

This is GTA IV all over again when it comes to review scores but usually Rockstar games get that treatment. Their flaws get swept under a rug so reviewers can heap praise on them.
