Caught a legendary horse.

Took me almost an hour because it kept bucking me off and running away. I didn't know I had to move the stick around during the taming . I also scared it away a couple of times because of wolves trying to flex

I got her last night. It's a night and day difference from the pre order bonus horse I was rolling with. Tamed her on the first try but it took me over an hour to even find it because she wouldn't spawn. I honestly have a preference for black horses, but given the stats and how unique the white Arabian horse looked, I couldn't pass it up. Dreadlocked her mane and braided the tail. Damn thing looks like royalty.

Get up on those cliffs for the bear and hit him with the bolt action(if you’ve made it that far to acquire it) a couple of times. The trapper will appear afterwards right down the road in west NH

Crafting question, if I get say a perfect cow hide and need another animal pelt to make a hat for example. Do I have to keep the cow hide on the horse the entire time while getting the other piece? I put the lost the legendary bear pelt on the first day, it ended up disappearing after I made Arthur sleep, so dropping it off at the camp is out of the question. Or does it somehow stay with even when you don't physically have it?

I’m pretty sure you can give a part of the crafting “recipe” to Pearson at your camp whenever you want. Once you give him something, it should be “unlocked”

After losing 4 perfect pelts I had on the back of my horse, I think I’ll drop them off at camp as soon as I can.

One thing I like about this game is they didn’t sugarcoat the themes and socioeconomic of the time. Even in your multicultural group, it’s known who’s the hierarchy. Micah is a stone cold racist cac. Susan? basically shyt on tilly every chance she gets(she shyts on all the girls but she especially hates tilly ) Plus tilly basically the only girl who works at the camp. That fat cac Bill shoved Lenny to the ground and all but told him stop being an uppity ******. Lenny had a convo with Dutch that basically went who taught you nikkas how to read and think? Only person who don’t catch shyt is Charles but that’s cause he’s always on the perimeter doing guard duty. Even roaming down roads in LeMoyne you see the sad look of sharecroppers. Like that little touch instead of making it some safe cowboy game

They even went into the eradication of the buffalo by Cacs to damage the Native American population in that one mission with Charles.
