...since they say you play as Arthur and can choose to be a good or bad guy.:jbhmm::jbhmm::jbhmm: i wonder if Arthur the savage gets to clap Abigail Marston's cheeks during the game. according to Dutch, she was the gang's thot. they should have a feature in the game where if Arthur the savage gets back to the camp and is low on health, he has the option to throw 5 cents at Abigail for a quick health replenish.

How the West Was Digitized: The making of Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption 2.
http://www.vulture.com/2018/10/the-making-of-rockstar-games-red-dead-redemption-2.html

The game is about 60 hours long.
The acting for Red Dead Redemption 2’s story mode is now complete, but as release day approaches, five hours of the 65-hour game are dumped. At one point, protagonist Arthur Morgan had two love interests, but “we decided one of them didn’t work,” says Dan. And whole missions were removed because “they were never going to work technically or be quite slick enough, or they felt superfluous. We removed a mission on a train where you had to deal with bounty hunters, because it was fun at first, but then it wasn’t. This part of the process is always about compromise and horse trading. Everyone always loses bits of the game they love.”

*Article has some spoilers on the game prologue.

For anyone who knows about 4K TV's and such, I'm looking to get a 43 inch set up...I'm seeing similar TV's that seem to have the same specifications but some are more expensive than others. For example I'm looking at a Samsung, Sony and LG...but the Sony is roughly £100 more than the LG and Samsung. Is this just down to the name brand? Or does the Sony Bravia do something better that I'm missing? :patrice:

@Ciggavelli gonna help you out.

In my opinion, there are only 2 brands I would ever purchase. LG OLEDs (55” is the smallest) or one of the TCL 4Ks. The TCLs are high quality and cheap. I personally wouldn’t go below 55” for a 4K. If you really want 42”, your best bet is a TCL

Interesting about the size. Why is it you wouldnt go below 55" for a 4K? I'm pretty sure someone once told me that for gaming purposes smaller screens are more ideal.

It depends on how close you sit. I have a 32” 4K monitor for my PC, that is on my desk. It is huge!

I also have a 55” LG 4K OLED as my main tv. I sit like 6-8 feet away, and it’s the perfect size.

So, it is just your preference. Smaller is better for gaming, in that you won’t be moving your head to see different parts of the screen. But, if you’re playing on a couch, you can look at the full 55” screen without moving your head
