Making me want to get a triple screen setup
As a former triple screen gamer, I gotta say it's not worth it. You need two of the most powerful GPUs, most games don't support it natively or sli (and you have to fukk around with .ini files or use a third party program [flawless widescreen, for example]), the current Titan X and 980ti cards give you artifacting when playing for more than 30 minutes (I spoke with nvidia for months about this, and they know it's an issue, but never fixed it
), and it's generally a headache to get working. I still dream of triple screen gaming (and I'll probably get into it again in the future when we have stronger GPUs [I have 3 1440p monitors, so I need much faster GPUs to accomadate that]), but right now it's not worth it. Either get an ultrawide or higher than 1080p monitor (1440p or 4K). Triple screen gaming isn't worth it right now. It's better, and cheaper, to get a nice VR headset to play shooters and racers (it's much more immersive than 3 screens anyway).
