it says they help you lose fat and build /retain muscle
They are naturally found in food like meat, dairy and beans. You have been eating them most of your life.

In this particular case you would be supplementing them which you shouldn't need to. Some people use them for working out fasted and some people like them for the general taste. They have benefits but I don't think your are at a point where you need to worry about supplementing them.

That said it's your $.

Just finished watching Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead on Netflix. It's crazy how much these cats lost doing a juice fast. shyt is amazing.
