Sanchez and Smith are in the same category in my humble opinion...
I don't see how the 9ers lose this game though.
You gonna see them lose.

I have a feeling 49ers gonna be running the ball a lot this week.
Weather is supposed to be rain this Sunday. Wish the weather was as good as it was last Sunday
I dont wanna hear any excuses when 49ers lose
I want to hear excuses when the Jets lose, I can name the top 5.
1. Revis was out
2. New Refs weren't ready/old refs knew it was their last game and didn't care
3. Receivers dropped passes making Sanchez look bad.
rain isnt anything as long as ted ginn is back to return punts

1. Revis being out COUNTS. Who cares if you said it already? It's true. It hurts the Jets.
2. These receivers do suck ass.
I'm trying to understand how losing your best & most valuable player is "just making excuses".
I`m fukking with Marlo, I didn't even bring up the idea of anybody making excuses.
I`m just saying if we do win those will be the top 3
You know we might be without Willis too right?
Yes, and im not about to sit here and front like it doesn't change the effectiveness of the Niner defense if Willis is indeed out

Brandon Jacobs was back at practice for the first time since being carted off the field on Aug. 18 in Houston after taking a helmet to the left knee. The big-bodied running back went through warm-ups and individual drills with his teammates and seemed to be moving well.
Linebacker Patrick Willis also appeared to be unhampered after suffering an ankle injury Sunday. Receiver Ted Ginn (ankle) went through individual drills with his teammates. The lone 49er who did not practice was nose tackle Isaac Sopoaga, who suffered a left knee injury in the 4th quarter. If Sopoaga can't play against the Jets, Ricky Jean Francois would step in at the position.
Practicing at a drizzly Youngstown State Wednesday, Jacobs and the running backs went through a rarely-seen drill, one that uses a ball that is tethered to a long cord. The other end of the cord was attached to a fence, and the player ran in a semicircle with the cord applying tension to the ball. The drill is meant to improve ball security for a team that lost two fumbles - one by Frank Gore and the other by Alex Smith -- in Sunday's loss to the Vikings.
If Jacobs is healthy, he likely would be worked into games as a short-yardage runner. Through three games, only two runners - Gore and Kendall Hunter - have taken carries for the 49ers. Gore has 45 carries for 264 yards; Hunter has 18 for 64 yards. Running back Anthony Dixon has been a mainstay on special teams; rookie LaMichael James has been inactive for every game so far this season.
