No I think the general consensus is that green is good just based off highlights and what other nba vets have said.

This isn’t an argument against one or the other

Two completely different types of players in two different teams/situations
nah don’t run

You made it an argument and so did he when he cried when he realized he wasn’t going first. You went back flipping last year while Cade rehabbed. Now both teams have spent money, invested two draft classes after taking them, and now so far one has looked like the guy who since high school was the presumptive first pick and the other is still a young potential elite scorer who isn’t able to navigate pick in rolls, isn’t a consistent shooter, and has some glaringly weird basketball decision making

tbh he needs a real creative passer like Cade to be maximized to me. That and wasting all that development time with KPJ on ball has done nothing for him. Udoka should help him develop on defense MAYBE but some guys just don’t grasp it sometimes.

Also comparing him to Kobe was just nasty rest in peace bryant

Let’s not overrate Cade based of 2 games into what is basically his 2nd year in the nba

Jalen green still is more like a young Kobe. And he has a higher ceiling based off his skills

Maybe Cade is a faster learner or had more time off to develop

Maybe Pistons have focused on developing Cade more which is good for the Pistons. They need a leader.

Green is more good for entertainment and fans and most people would be more excited about the potential Kobe type player than what Cade is right now

I’m commenting on watching Cade during his rookie year. He was healthy and his jumpshot was streaky.

He was just taking a lot of shots and had a green light not unlike Jalen green

This year so far he seems more efficient and is choosing his spots kinda like KD does
Articles have been written that hes had that injury since Oklahoma State and was playing thru it. Got progressively worse during rookie year and still tried to play. Shutting him down was the besrt thing for him and now he's doing this
