You and I know theory and practice are 2 different things. Just look up the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendment, and the 1964 Civil Rights act as a frame of reference

Prostitution is putting the power in the Pimp to control a woman's vagina (along with his other stable of women) into his monetary profit. Where's the "freedom" in that. And before you cry that you can be a Prostitute without a man, try and negotiate a $5000 payment with a man who doesn't want to pay and instead wants to rape you
