Call me cold hearted, but I don't think a professional should miss a day at work because "his or her mama died"...

If your mama is ill and you are at her bedside to provide her with emotional comfort, that's what you have to do...But once somebody dies, there is nothing else left to do...Just brush your shoulders off, and keep on living...It doesn't mean that you loved that person any more or less...
