Been having a similar situation at work, this new chick been avoiding me like crazy literally leaving rooms when I walk in when its just me and her in there. She'd also avoid the office if she saw only me in there and be more work oriented when its just us 2 with minimal chatter unlike she does with other staff.At Our staff meeting chick didn't want to sit next to me so made out she wanted someone else to sit next to me but that person wasn't even there yet so she had no choice. Half way through chick swapped seats and I swear all this bs was eating me up inside as I'd tried to ingratiate myself with her.
Today though I said fukk it and reverted to my introverted, aloof self while she started the day acting up but I remained cordial. As the day went I just reciprocated her behaviour and this bytch started hovering wanting to be included in my chats with other staff members but I completely blanked her. One time she came and asked what she should be doing even though we had different tasks
but I answered concisely like i usually do and went back to watchin TV while she stood there for 10 seconds not knowing what to do looking stupid.It got to the point this chick came and asked if I wanted some water
and I just said no and looked away.The whole day I maybe looked at her eye to eye 3 times when usually I'd eye ball her and chick felt I wasn't with the bs today and was real sheepish at the end of the day.
So yeah OP if shes still acting up just ignore that bytch and dont stare at her, she'll start wanting to engage you but don't bite let her stew for a while.
Short answer she ain't fukking with you because when they do they make sure to make time for you.I'm confused brehs...

So I've been at my job for a while and at my immediate work area it is me, one white dude , 1 sista, 3 latinas and 1 Becky. I'm cool with everybody on my shift, because I generally don't get into gossip or talk about anything non-work related. But I play the small talk game.
But I noticed 3 months ago , that one of the Latinas would not be in my vicinity. She wouldn't even look at me and worked extra hard to not show her face as she spoke to me. This lady seemed to do everything in her power not to do even have that.
I don't think I've said or done anything wrong to her, cause her friends, the other latinas and the white woman, are still happy and engaging with me. But that single woman out here being weird.
I wouldn't even have made a this thread until I arrived at work yesterday said hello to the rest of my colleagues but the latina was nowhere to be seen. A few minutes later I could hear her behind me so I turn around and she is far off in background, in some random office with the lights turned off sitting there like. She even having a Convo with some colleagues in the same room as me from that dark office.
You cannot squeeze water out of a rock brother.
What you want to know is why and really that doesn't matter. She got a man she's got family problems or she's bored with you. Maybe her HPV and herpes is flaring up

Most likely she's repulsed by you. Not sure if you did something or someone said something. I had a latina coworker coincidentally years ago who did the same shyt. She was cute, but I never did no creep shyt. I didn't even talk to her. bytch just would get goofy and distance herself from me. I eventually just had to start blatantly ignore her presence.
