I find damn near every character on Full House annoying if I watch it now.
the younger DJ, the older Stephanie, the older Michelle.
Kimmie always been annoying and retarded. DJ's boyfriend, Steve.
Aunt Becky and them dumbass twins, Nicky & Alex.
Laura and Richie from Family Matters, Eddie's friend "Weasel".
Lisa from The Simpsons, I always hated that hoe.
everybody from the later season of Boy Meets World, can't believe how much it turned to shyt towards the end.
Kel from Kenan & Kel, this nikka was messing everything up. Kenan shoulda deaded his dumbass. Kyra was annoying as fukk too.
Meadow from The Sopranos. Tony's Russian girlfriend, Irina... his mother, Livia. and AJ once he got older and was always crying about some shyt about the environment or the middle east.

older Ashley from The Fresh Prince, Hilary sometimes, for her Valley Girl airhead mannerisms and speech. especially the dude's she went after. that homo Trevor for one. the lightskin Aunt Viv, and all of Will's Aunts were annoying too.
Gina from Martin had some annoying scenes, mostly for her high pitched voice though. like nails on a chalkboard.
all the "white-washed" dude's Fancy dated on The Jamie Foxx Show, Jamie's homeboy Mouse, and Fancy's friend Sheila.
