What are some NYC bodegas that offer some good turkey or beef bacon for the BEC sandwiches? I’ve always wanted to try that and a Chopped Cheese (that don’t contain pork either does it?).

There is a bodega on every corner real talk sometimes right across from each other

Habib selling beef patties is common. I never ate an patty from an bodega though. Usually get an beef patty with coco bread from golden crust


As for OP I had an beef patty with pepperoni and cheese before but never an patty with bacon egg and cheese

Beef patties from the bodega usually trash. I've had them, do not like. Before I turned Vegan, I used to either get the traditional jamaican beef patty or beef patty with cheese from the Pizza shop. Them shyts used to slap.
