I would look to some forensic scientists for the answers, not people on the coli. However, If you look at the momentum of the car, it was moving towards the side, and it fell off the curb which would have propped the wheel that went over the kid's head somewhat upwards. Also, it looks like the kid kind of went with the flow, in other words he didn't tense his head/neck area up which would have resulted in some shyt snapping, he kind of relaxed that area rolled with the wheel lol.

And also, the white car wasn't moving that fast, if it was it would have sent them flying instead of them kind of crumbling under it. That's my 2 cents
