It’s not a wedding registry, do people read or just comment? That’s why we as people keep getting caught in scams.

Both of those things (the pay for them to do things for the wedding, and the pay $50 to watch them get married online) where YouTube videos and on social media for EVERYBODY. They were getting roasted in the comments, because randomly asking people to pay $50 to see your wedding on live stream really looks as bad as Melanie wearing that jacket to see the kids, esp when you are a “real estate mogul” who just raised 10m for your company.

Also said real estate mogul put no money into the fund that they want you to put $500+ in.

I mean if that don’t look crazy to you, then like someone said above you must be getting got all day everyday.
i agree that that streaming the wedding for money is wierd. that part does look funny. but wedding registries in general are not abnormal at all is my only point.

I don’t think anybody is mad at the registry itself boss, but in business and people’s livelihoods and respect, optics matter.

People don’t care if Lil Wayne has 10 babymommas but we won’t elect Obama if he did. Your position warrants critism, rightfully so.

Saying you are a super mogul, then creating a fund that you didn’t invest in but have secured millions upon millions from BLACK people, my people, with the promise of changing their lives and our people’s trajectory, kinda warrants you probably having no registry online.

I mean like someone else said, show us anyone else that has big name or lots of income with that name that needs to do that. Also match it up with the other red flags (bad numbers, bankruptcies, etc), then add that to the weird ass $50 watch our wedding request, then I conclude “man these folks ain’t got no bread” lol.

It’s just not cool. No hate, it’s just not even remotely close to being a good idea.

is it possible by putting a video on Youtube for free, then I could save money and time by posting that video on the website, that I send to my target audience
So, you know when people do that, they use Vimeo. Because they want to host it for free, and send to select people through a website.

Or they make the YouTube video private, viewable through a website.

This isn’t rocket science and you don’t have to jump through hurdles to make it make sense.

It’s on his main Yourube channel lol. The same one as Tulsa Fund. But i digress.

Agreed, it's not rocket science and there's more than one way to do the same thing. So "when people do that" doesn't make it an universal rule, it's how you would do it, despite other similar services
Criticize him for not having separate accounts, but to criticize him for using a free service that he always been using to promote both his personal and professional life, is reaching. Especially when he linked the video to his wedding website and not to the Tulsa or any of his other buisness website

I don't know what people are crying about. You're not forced to pay to view the wedding. It's really not that hard to exercise your freedom of choice. Jay is a hustler who understands capitalism so I'm not mad at him for finding another angle to make paper because I'm choosing not to pay to view the wedding. He is simply trying to capitalize based off freedom of choice. nikkas acting like you gotta pay for the shyt.

Just because you’re a hustler, doesn’t make you an Honorable person. I think most folks are seeing how this isn’t an honorable move. I wouldn’t want to do business with someone like that.

Captured my sentiments exactly. I hope this dude does what he say he will do, and I hope folks get returns on their money, but the more and more I see how he moves, he looking real funny under the light.

Some real hustle hating going on in this thread
Explain hustle hating boss and don’t forget to let us know where you from...

I’m not with the arguing on the internet but a n’gga ain’t about to be talking no black power, make black people rich talk, basically stealing and lying from the communities I grew up in and still serve and you talking about don’t knock his hustle.

That sh*t making my blood boil.
