Yeah, I just read the article on SI.com. There's a line in the article where it states there isn't a 'crumb of scientific backing' regarding benefits about this. Kinda like how Asians drink Ginseng water claiming all kinds of benefits, when in reality it's mostly just empty calories.

I don't see this tarnishing anyone's career.
