The lockout year was much more physically demanding. Dudes had to play back to back games loads of times. 3 games in 5 days sometimes. During a regular season, dudes get way more rest.


We can rest ray 1 outta every 5 games and have him Real fresh come playoff time.

i have no problem with a free agent going wherever the fukk they want, i only had a problem with lebron for doing it in such a classless way with "The Decision" , If bron had just had a press conference and been like "hey i tried my best to win a title for the city of cleveland, i have lots of friends and family here , i love you guys and you'll always be a part of me, but i have an opportunity to go play with some friends of mine with a game i love and i cant pass that up." something like that and only blind haters woulda hated on the man

This shyt really is amazing. Im not talking about this deal but how a lot of owners and fans really feel about players. These players are seen as nothing more than property and if they arent doing exactly what you want, when you want them to do it then all the racism and venom comes out.

They complain that star players arent shackled to their original team. So they made it so that if you wanted to change teams you would make a lot less money (giving rise to the sign and trade).

They complain that players only care about the money and they should take less of it to build a championship team, then when a player does that and its to a team they dont like they still bytch about it. So essentially they want the player to take less money and still go to a team thats suitable to their own interest.

Now that players are teaming up and taking less money, they are pissed that they arent taking the higher salary from the team they want the player to go to. WTF do you want?

And the big kicker is this loyalty garbage. So you telling me that if the organization tries to trade my ass year after year and fails im supposed to still be loyal to them if they decide they actually do want me later? Kiss my ass with that!
