First I would say 3 years of Raw looked so fukking low rent compared to any of the WCW shows, which was supposed to be second rate Southern yokels WRASSLIN shows. Saturday Night at Centre Stage with the SNL opening and mat with the visible stiches and especially Nitro and PPVs in 1995/1996 blow Raw out of the water so much it's insane. Raw looks like a fukking trash show for trash people in those days.

Yeah I remember 95/96 wrestling as a kid one of the things I loved about wcw was higher production values.

Some of that blame needs to go on the people of said companies. What I loved about TNA is that they would take tiny little shots at WWE here & there, but theey understood there lane and for the most part stayed there. Things didn't go south for them until Dixie allowed HOEgan & Bischoff talk her into starting the ill fated Monday Night War II. Cody talked a lot of shyt and was determined to make AEW the new big dog in the yard, and that pigeonholed them into being looked at as a low rent WWE/WCW/TNA knockoff. It also doesn't help that JeriKKKo won't shut his fukking mouth and speaks on everything not concerning him.

On this board in general there's a lot of selective memory and looking back with rose colored glasses at TNA when in reality there were a ton of LOLTNA bullshyt moments and more shots at WWE than what people want to remember.

Breh is really acting like TNA wasn't trying to be a low-rent WWE for most of its existence. The sheer lies in this thread are hilarious.

AEW is already further along than TNA was at any point in its existence.
