Daniel Bryan singlehandedly made Drew Gulak, and Vince is going out of his way to un-make him.

Guess it makes sense though... why bother with Drew Gulak when you have a bigger, more grimy, better version of the same person in Timothy Thatcher? They even basically have the same face.

You may have cataracts

Don't let me find out Shelton been quietly working BJJ in his free-time. Shelton Benjamin with a submission game woulda fukking eaten in UFC 15 years ago :damn:
Wasn't Shelton one of the many wrestlers that said that had they known how big UFC would have become they would have went that route instead?

honestly, I think any wrestler in their 40s right now who is still in great working shape and came in with a legit background of any kind is probably in that camp. Shelton was a great NCAA wrestler and had elite athleticism even 10 years ago at 35... I can't imagine he wouldn't have gone that route given the chance to go back. Lashley, Brock, Angle, all of them. Hell, Shinsuke has more professional MMA fights than Shelton - that definitely wouldn't be the case if he had a chance to go back
