Of this whole Rowan/cage thing, the thing that might be the most random part to me is him having to move the steps 2 inches every time to set the cage on them. shyt just seems so random.

it's to make sure the movement of the ring doesn't tap the steps and knock it over, revealing to everyone in the crowd that there is nothing in the cage at all.
