hes actually the complete opposite
dudes is always calm and stoic...some might even say aloof
i think his personality just rubs people the wrong way and i dont believe he really cares either way
he one of those "im just here to do my job,I dont care if you like me" type of people
I dont have a problem with that but hes obviously not what the Ravens expected or wanted on the field or in the locker room

he got a 20 mill signing bonus and his base salary was 2 mill
everybody gets a huge chunk of money when they sign deals and then they evenly spread out the cap hit for the signing bonus over the length of the contract
thats why we cant cut him
they'd take on 25 mill in dead money on the cap by cutting him
we dont even have 25 mill in cap space so we'd have to also cut other players if they cut Earl just to get under the cap
even if they do the conduct detrimental thing it only voids his base salary so it would still be 15 mill in dead money if we cut him
hes not going anywhere this season but hes definitely gone after the season

breh i actually watch the games
watch the first 6 games of the season and you'll see him blowing coverages left and right and getting torched all over the field
after that they started hiding/protecting him on defense
towards the end of the season they basically just blitzed him on obvious passing downs
i dont care what numbers you pull out your ass if you watch the games you can clearly see he wasnt good and looked slow as shyt all season
if anything Wink should be praised for the amazing job he did making Earl and a couple others on that defense look competent
