Their (Ravens' coaches) jobs are on the line. They think he can't throw. No matter how much they say he can, the way they call plays shows they are scared for him to throw it.
They are doing well enough to win and compete. Playing old Raven football, ball control offfense and D.
Andy Reid would know how to work with him. He did it with McNabb, Smith, and now Mahomes.
