I was at Howard's homecoming at the Johnny Rockets in Georgetown when I saw a rat running around

Rats are all over DC, especially near the water....I remember eating at the old Phillips Seafood restaurant outside and rats were showing out.....

Can't see the video on here for some reason but if it's the one with rats crawling all over the prepackaged buns....

I've walked into several BKs where my first thought was "I know they got rats". But the same is true of MCD's. Honestly, I've been in too many fast food joints located in predominately black or hispanic areas to even be surprised by this shyt.
