5 million is a sufficient sample size and thats alot of boxes to manufacture. Imagine giving one to every household?

When they do polls, they only poll 1500 people

Well I don't know and have never known a single household with one. I wonder how they decide who gets one.

Nielsen is fukked up. Just think of all the stuff that's way more popular than people think.

I remember when they made efforts to put more Nielsen boxes in college dorms and I think it was Spanish households and ratings for all the spanish and I think it was Adult Swim programs increased like 500%, which is ridiculous

If the Hail Mary pass by Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson would have been ruled an interception by Packers safety M.D. Jennings, Green Bay -- 3½ point favorites -- would have won by five, covering the spread.

"Most of the customers in the sportsbook were not happy with the final call," said John Avello, director of the race and sportsbook at the Wynn in Las Vegas. "The shift was 100 percent. After the (Seahawks) score, all bets were reverse

Avello's best guess as to how much money was shifted worldwide on the call? $150 million in total bets worldwide.
Mike Perry, spokesman for betting site Sportsbook.ag, told ESPN.com his estimate in the money swing on the call at the end of the game is closer to between $200 million and $250 million

The call didn't just have an immediate impact on gamblers, it also impacted the Packers' Super Bowl odds. After Monday night's game, the Las Vegas Hotel has changed the odds for the Packers to win the Super Bowl from 7-1 Monday to 9-1 Tuesday.

You talking about real gamblers, fam. You don't think we know how fukked up replacement refs was gonna be to how we decide? Gambling is no different from drinking, etc... shyt will never stop and it damn sure won't stop because of a fukked up call.

I only bet 250 last night because I wasn't gonna go crazy on the Seahawks. The people who lost will bet on Thursday and if they lose Thursday, they'll bet Sunday and so on so on. This is how the game works.
