It DEFINITELY has the the last good hov bars. It was like a continuation of MBDTF because of the grandiose production except with jay on every son.

I felt like Jay really been leaning on Kanye for a while now. Kanye executive produced BP3, they did WTT together and MCHG sounds like Ye had his hands in it too what with all the art talk and Travis production, etc.

Honestly, Jay hasn't had anything to rap about for a while which is why he is always feigning retirement or telling us a tale (American Gangster) and it seems he is gonna continue this with a new album responding to Beyonce.

As long as he comes with his usual Hov bars, I know it will be dope, but let's not act like Jay is still Jay as far as musical relevance. If he isn't doing a track with Ye or B, or another big gimmick, it's hard for me to see how the future/kodak black crowd could even relate to Jay at the level he is at currently.

Jay's bars saves this entire project, Kanye's producing was also good. it can get old quick though. 3/5 rating.
