Still not a fan of the tattoos, not sure about the sad face thing so I rate 6.
No tattoos, cleaned up facial hair and more personality would raise it to 7, shaper style on top of that and cleaner lines/haircut then I can see an 8.

6. he's not bad looking, but the sideburns don't do him any favors, neither do the tats. And altho I HATE being told to smile myself, I think you should do something abt looking so angry/sad.
