Based solely off of looks. I'm not into tats, not a big fan of his outfits or general style. Being a Scorpio hasn't bumped up the grade for me. So I'd say 4.

A cleaner style would have bumped to 6, no tats to 7 and if he smiled with his eyes more a bump for being Scorpio to 8.
