Speaking for me, though, personality doesn't really start coming into play for me unless I'm trying to spend extended time with a person. And yeah, it matters more. But I don't know the personalities of these chicks like that and don't care to. I can go by what I've heard, or I can just mute the chick and decide whether she looks good or not based on what I see.
