My cousin married a Sri Lanka woman. They’ve been together for 15+ years now with four kids. My cousin wife is build like a cow.

She said she cut out red meat, starch, drink more juices/smoothies. Even walk 5 miles a day. She’s not even a gym person. Now that is rare for any old woman to do.

If more married women do this then that would solve 90% of their weight problem. We know that’s not going to happen

Some women that are married with children would let themselves go. If you’re in shape man then you can possibly get your wife in the gym with you.
