Welp, we’re winding this series on down.

Been to San Juan once, as a co worker of mine is from there, and we both took our women down there for the weekend and stayed at his parents crib.

Old San Juan was cool, and the food was great as well. Gotta get back out there. Giving it an 8

Im considering moving to San Juan under act 22. Ive spent about six months in PR in the last two years.

I love San Juan everyone says its dangerous but you only find trouble when you are looking for it. Im going back in March to look for a condo. I can get a decent 1br condo over looking the ocean for $150-200k and I can airbnb it when Im off island.

I just looked on zillow out of curiousity..not all that impressed with potential investment opportunities there on first glance

If I move there under act 22 Ill save a substantial amount of money on taxes so it would be worth it for me. Im only really looking in the isla verde area every thing is Condado is out of my price range.

How approachable were the women?

Don't know. This was back in like 03 and it was a family trip with my parents and brother. Wasn't really approaching like that back then. Guess now it depends on the woman and what she's into or her character. Not sure if the language barrier might hurt you or not.
