I reopened the poll in the Miami thread in case anyone is interesting in voting in there. It was the first thread in the series and I realized that not too many people had a chance to vote in that one so I decided to open it back up.

Didn't know they were worthy but cool. Hopefully they can be made interesting. All I know is Charlotte, not the other NC cities. Maybe I'll learn something new. Can't wait to see what cities are left.

There’s a lot of cool international cities that I will eventually do but admittedly I’m starting to run out of American cities. I covered just about every interesting place here already.:francis:

The Boro! 3rd largest city in NC. Home to 2 HBCU's (NC A&T and Bennett College) with A&T being the largest HBCU in the country as well as the top ranked public HBCU North Carolina A&T Honored as Top Public HBCU and produces the most black engineers of any school int he country.

The city is 40% black with a decent black middle class (with albeit a lot of hood areas as well)

The city is building up its downtown a lot lately with development to come. The Performing Arts Center will be the largest in the state and will compete with Durham's DPAC.

If you get bored, its only about an hour and change from Charlotte and Raleigh. Much cheaper cost of living than the other metros as well.

Biggest downside would probably be crime which seems to fluctuate but may be getting worse

And some uninteresting ones too.

But of course that happens on big lists like this. Too many cities out there that it's hard picking the perfect ones.

Probably an underrated city. Never been. That said ... with the cost of living, having A&T and all the :noah: :shaq: :takedat: that entails (I hear NC's quality of women in general is slept on)...

It's close enough to any other point of interest in the state as well, at least as far as I can tell.

I'd say it's a strong 7.5, maybe 8?

I’m from nearby Winston-Salem, but consider The Boro a home of mine. I went to NCA&T, and probably had some of the best years of my life in the city.

I’ve watched the downtown area grow over the years, as now you can go out there and always find something to do. The bar and club scene is decent, and due to all of the university’s and colleges in the area, there’s pretty women from all over. You can never really get lost in the city; just find Market St, Friendly Ave, or High Point rd/Lee st and you’ll get to where you need to be.

There’s no homecoming in the world greater than GHOE, as the city pretty much shuts down and becomes one big party. The best HBCU and university period is in the city...Aggie Pride!

Oh, and the new Gate City blvd will always be High Point Rd to me.

You should just reopen all the polls. I don’t understand how New Orleans is just 3 pages and about 15 votes.
